Andreya Jones Sirianna, Ph.D., LCSW, CST
Additional Certification in Religious Harm

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, life changes, lack of sexual desire, or difficulty in your relationship(s), I will work alongside you in an anti-oppressive and non-judgemental way to identify your goals and lay out a path to create meaningful and lasting change. I believe that love and sexuality are ever-changing and fluid which means that you are the expert on yourself and your identity. As a relationship and sex therapist, I work with clients who find themselves in relationships where they don’t know how to communicate effectively, have lost intimate connection, struggle with sexual desire, and feel void of eroticism. I have a passion for helping clients cultivate connection, eroticism, pleasure, play, intimacy, and respect in their relationship(s).

As a licensed clinical social worker I have been trained to treat general psychological concerns. As a doctor of clinical sexology and a certified sex therapist, I specialize in helping clients with sexual dysfunction, alternative relationships, sexual pain disorders, and clients who have endured religious sexual trauma. I aim to help clients redefine their sexual selves in the pursuit of empowerment, pleasure, and fearless intimacy. I approach therapy in a holistic and trauma-informed manner. This approach addresses the biological, spiritual, social, sexual, and psychological parts of my clients. I believe that our bodies hold our trauma which means we need to focus on identifying how our past trauma currently impacts how we show up in our lives and in our relationships. I work diligently to help my clients identify what systems in their lives are working for or against them so they can invite agency into their lives.

I take an integrative approach to therapy and adapt therapy to the individual needs and goals of each client. Creating an environment where clients experience safety, respect, and the freedom to have a voice, is something I highly value. I am a down-to-earth and discerning therapist who speaks truth with kindness. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your personal journey to becoming your best self.

I am a white-bodied, cisgender female, pansexual individual. I live with my wife, 2 beautiful children, and many fur babies who all keep me on my toes. I grew up in Papua New Guinea and Senegal, West Africa where I learned to speak 3 different languages. I have an intense passion for learning and reading. I love to travel as well as write and my favorite part about any human being is their brain. I am certified by the American Association for Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) as a Certified Sex Therapist and have a Ph.D. in clinical sexology.

Additional Certification in Religious Harm

I am a Licensed Counselor with an M.S. in Mental Health Counseling and a Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology. I also hold an M.A.Ed. in Health Education and am certified by the American Association for Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) as a Certified Sex Therapist. I see clients of all gender identities and sexual orientations in individual and couples settings. Even if a client’s partner is not an active part of therapy, I often offer 1-2 sessions to the client and their partner together, to provide additional information and insight. This is usually beneficial to reaching desired goals. Currently, clients are only seen in a telehealth format.

My therapeutic strength is sexual wellness for vulva owners. Often, these clients feel trapped by societal constructs that tell them what they “should” do or think, rather than making space for authenticity, autonomy, and self-reflection. Together, we explore concepts like context, desire, and arousal as well as sexual functioning, anatomy, and the ability to be fully present in our bodies for pleasure. With guided exploration and improved understanding of anatomy and sexual functioning, vulva owners are able to determine what they want and need. Additionally, we build skills that allow clients to effectively communicate this awareness with their partner. This work creates the opportunity to integrate their understanding and redefine their sexual selves, opening doors to confidence, relational satisfaction and a sense of wellbeing they hoped for.

My specific passion is helping clients maintain sexual wellness in the midst of reproductive challenges. Navigating the physical, emotional, and psychological wilderness of pelvic and vulvovaginal pain disorders, infertility, pregnancy, miscarriage, postpartum, termination decisions, and menopause can be overwhelming. Many struggle with REAL emotional difficulties when experiencing these unique challenges—especially while balancing intimate relationships, work, and family. It can be an exhausting, lonely journey.

When collaborating with clients, I utilize theories that emphasize mindful self-awareness, freedom of choice, growth, and strengths. I believe change comes with learning to trust oneself, being open to new information, and having a willingness to grow. Together we explore thoughts, feelings, needs, and goals–apart from shame and guilt—while building knowledge, esteem, resilience, and the skills for wellness outside of therapy. Each person’s story is sacred and should be honored. My goal is for every client to leave each session feeling understood, valued, and safe.

I want to meaningfully connect with you in your sexual wellness–supporting you with insight, validation, pertinent information, and renewed hope. You are not alone. It’s time to speak up, be brave, and embrace the pleasure that is your birthright!

“When we are willing to risk venturing into the wilderness, and even becoming our own wilderness, we feel the deepest connection to our true self and to what matters the most.”

Angie Sirianna, Sex & Relationship Coach

As a Sex and Relationship Coach, I combine traditional life coaching skills and modalities with specialized training in somatic-based sex and relationship coaching. This unique approach teaches clients the importance of embodiment in order to achieve emotional empowerment, improve personal confidence in themselves and in their relationships, and connect to their own eroticism. I am passionate about helping clients discover their most authentic, intimate, sensual, and sexual selves. I believe and foster the belief in my clients that we are all deserving of pleasure, however we define that pleasure. I help clients navigate the complexities of sex and relationships, assist them in achieving deeper levels of emotional connection, and nurture compassion for themselves and others through effective communication. I enjoy working with individuals of all identities and relationship structures. It is my goal to create a safe environment where all clients feel welcome.

Somatic Sex Coaching is an experiential form of treatment that offers a more physically interactive and hands-on approach in which clients are led through exercises that can help them feel more safe and comfortable in their bodies. While not all clients desire or require this hands-on approach, many of them choose to experience it. Consent is an imperative part of this client-centered process where clients have the autonomy to access whichever tools they choose depending on their needs, interests, and levels of comfortability. I also welcome and celebrate clients who prefer a more traditional life coaching format revolving around conversation and verbal processing.

Coaching is helpful for clients who want to improve their individual lives and/or their relationships. Through sex and relationship coaching, clients learn how to identify and address their current challenges. In that process, they learn how to communicate effectively, how to create healthy relationships (both sexual and non-sexual), how to set boundaries, and how to process feelings. I then assist each client in creating goals and working with them in session, on attaining these goals. I often assign homework to clients so that they may continue to practice what is discussed and learned in the session.

Somatic Sex and Relationship Coaching is different than traditional talk therapy in that it does not diagnose or treat mental health difficulties. While mental health issues can be present, they are not the focal point of coaching. If at any point it becomes apparent that a client is in need of a licensed therapist I will refer them to someone immediately.

I have spent the greater part of my adult life guiding clients through mindfulness practices such as meditation, reiki, and animal therapy by way of animal communication. As a practicing Buddhist, I implement the teachings and precepts of Buddhism into my daily life and into the work I am so deeply passionate about. I aim to help my clients learn how to effectively communicate, embody pleasure, and navigate and repair relationships with themselves and others. In addition to being a Sex and Relationship Coach, I am a certified Cuddle therapist and am attuned to Reiki level II. I live with my wife and our human and furry, four-legged family in Central Pennsylvania.

Erin Rosen, Sex & Relationship Coach

As a sexuality coach, I bring a vibrant, approachable energy to the often complex conversations around intimacy and relationships. I meet clients exactly where they are, creating a safe and supportive space to explore their desires, challenges, and goals. With equal parts expertise, compassion, and playfulness, I guide individuals and couples through the nuances of sexuality—helping them build confidence, strengthen connection, and embrace their authentic selves. My work is rooted in the belief that sexuality is not just about pleasure, but also about personal growth, healing, and self-discovery. By breaking down taboos and making space for honest conversations, I empower clients to create relationships—and a relationship with themselves—that feel fulfilling, joyful, and deeply authentic.

Drawing on both education and lived experience, I encourage curiosity and self-compassion as essential tools for navigating sexuality. Whether clients are working through challenges, seeking to deepen intimacy, or simply hoping to reconnect with their own sense of desire, I provide guidance that is practical, affirming, and tailored to their unique journey. At its core, my work is about reminding people that they are not broken, that their desires are valid, and that embracing their full selves can be a powerful pathway to connection and freedom.
